VDR + 2x diseqc hotbird 13 and astra 19.2

This is my satellite installationtuner 1 -- diseqc1 A/A - twin LNB1 (hotbird 13E)
+- diseqc1 A/B - twin LNB2 (astra 19.2E)

tuner 2 -- diseqc2 A/A - twin LNB1 (hotbird 13E)
+- diseqc2 A/B - twin LNB2 (astra 19.2E)

I added such an entry in diseqc.conf:

It does not work for me. Can someone say how to set it well?
